FOUNDATION COURSE ON INSOLVENCY PRACTICE IN ARMENIA

This e-learning course on insolvency in Armenia is a comprehensive foundation course for Armenian insolvency practitioners. It aims to provide Armenian practitioners with a practical overview of insolvency best practices and materials which practitioners can apply in their day-to-day professional activities. The course was prepared by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, in partnership with the Armenian Ministry of Justice, the Self-Regulatory Organisation of insolvency practitioners and HAP Law Firm.

ADVANCED COURSE ON INSOLVENCY LAW IN ARMENIA: DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PRACTICE

The e-learning course on Insolvency Law in Armenia is a comprehensive advanced course including domestic and international practices in the field of insolvency. It aims at providing Armenian judges with detailed knowledge on various topics related to insolvency, from the local and international perspectives. The course has been developed by the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the Academy of Justice of Armenia and the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia, under the project to Support to the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia with Operational Assistance and Capacity Building for the New Armenian Insolvency Court.

هذا البرنامج موجه لتمكين ومساندة السيدات من الوصول الى المعلومات القانونية المتعلقة بجميع مراحل أعمالهن على اختلاف أنواعها، حيث يقدم هذا البرنامج معلومات قانونية مرتبطة بسير الأعمال بشكل متسلسل وواضح وبما يناسب احتياجاتهن ويمكنهن من ايفاء رسالتهن وتحقيق اهدافهن بشكل مستقر وبناء. 

 صمم هذا البرنامج لتتمكن كل سيدة ترغب بالتعرف على النواحي القانونية التي تسهم في ثبات واستدامة اعمالها من الوصول اليه، وذلك بما يتناسب مع وقتها الخاص عبر هذه المنصة ضمن ثلاث فئات: فئة الشركات الناشئة، وفئة الشركات النامية، وفئة الشركات التي تبحث عن حلول وبدائل للإغلاق، بحيث تتمكن كل سيدة من إيجاد المعلومات التي تتلاءم وطبيعة اعمالها بيسر وسهولة.
