These programmes led by the EBRD in partnership with the Ministry of Justice, the Centre for Legislation Development and the Judicial Training Academy, include a foundation course on insolvency practice for insolvency practitioners with guidance on best practices and materials which practitioners can apply in their day-to-day professional activities, and an advanced course on Armenian and international insolvency law for judges and insolvency practitioners wishing to increase their knowledge and understanding of the legal aspects of insolvency practice.

This e-learning course on insolvency in Armenia is a comprehensive foundation course for Armenian insolvency practitioners. It aims to provide Armenian practitioners with a practical overview of insolvency best practices and materials which practitioners can apply in their day-to-day professional activities. The course was prepared by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, in partnership with the Armenian Ministry of Justice, the Self-Regulatory Organisation of insolvency practitioners and HAP Law Firm.

The e-learning course on Insolvency Law in Armenia is a comprehensive advanced course including domestic and international practices in the field of insolvency. It aims at providing Armenian judges with detailed knowledge on various topics related to insolvency, from the local and international perspectives. The course has been developed by the International Development Law Organization (IDLO) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in partnership with the Academy of Justice of Armenia and the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia, under the project to Support to the Supreme Judicial Council of Armenia with Operational Assistance and Capacity Building for the New Armenian Insolvency Court.
